This conversion of a single-story former printing facility was planned as a new headquarters for a South Shore electronics and security company. Built in 1980, the facility was to be gutted and renovated into general office workspace and electronics storage and assembly space. The new exterior facade reflected the company’s expertise in sate-of-the-art digital business technology systems for their B2B commercial clients.
