Helicon provided schematic design for a new medical office building in a growing medical district in Weymouth, MA. On a tight site, the new project requires a parking garage housing 250 cars, which Helicon clad in multicolored metal frames and screens. The new office building faces a corner of the district, which Helicon made a rhythm of colorful panels and glass to promote the building’s patient-centered, wellness mission. A breezeway visually connects other buildings and parking areas in the district.
