Libbey Wellness Center is an existing office building, refitted for medical office use. Helicon completed the first phase of renovations in 2008-09. For this final phase, a rear warehouse was converted into the final shell for office use. Helicon continued to use simple white canopies, bays, colonnades, and other “attachments” to give the building a new character and visual unity to the varying materials of the existing buildings.
