Helicon led the design team for this 15,000 SF $2mil renovation proposal which studied the adaptive re-use of a vacated light industrial building for the emergency call center and garage for a 16-unit ambulance team. Design challenges included a two level building which required splitting program requirements and a full pre-construction outline spec and coordinated construction cost evaluation.
