This small development is for two units with very limited water views in East Boston. The view corridor dictated the plan arrangement of the living room in the southwest corner of the units, with the bedrooms facing the rear. This configuration split the front elevation facing the private way, with balconies shifted to one side, and glazing for the main stair on the other. A full roof deck is recessed below a perimeter parapet.
