This multi-unit rental apartment project was proposed for a vacant double lot on a tree-lined street of single family Shingle-Style and Victorian homes. The design scheme kept consistent with the street vernacular, but kept trim, window styles, trellis patterns and decks prominently modern. All mechanical equipment was designed to be roof-top behind a trellis clad equipment deck.
