Helicon Design provided planning and design services on the landmark The Whaler’s Inn renovation in downtown Mystic, Connecticut. Services include master planning, relocation of the main lobby to the complex’s corner facing the main Mystic shopping district, a new meeting suite, and renovation of the historic “1865 House”, including the gut-rehab of 5 guest suites in that Italianate-style building. Construction complete in 2018.
