The second phase of Industrial Defender had them relocating to another part of the same complex of historic buildings at the former Foxboro State Hospital. Industrial materials were selected to brand the company’s image directly to their clients ¬– worldwide utility companies and manufacturers. Now located in the former Dining Hall of the complex, a new conference room was built double-height into that space, commanding an industrial aesthetic presence over the open office floor. Exposed steel guardrails, divided lite metal windows, corrugated steel and metal light fixtures also helped accentuate the design concept.
