Since they had a successful location, Crown Colony Pediatrics chose to renovate an existing, outdated office they had occupied for almost 20 years. Helicon provided full pre-project planning and design, along with project coordination with the contractor to turn around this fast-track project in a compressed schedule of 9 weeks, while the practice temporarily relocated to a nearby office. Crown Colony had a demanding requirement of 17 full and part-time providers and staff, 10 exam rooms and support functions that had to be accommodated within a 5,000 square foot interior.
