CHA Design/Construction was leaving traditional office space for a loft-style interior in this converted warehouse. The tenant shell had limited exterior exposure and the design solution involved perimeter offices with large glass side lights and open work spaces with direct-indirect lighting to illuminate the ceiling plane over team collaboration areas. Most of the raw warehouse steel was left exposed. Helicon provided full-service interior planning and design services. CHA chose hot accent colors to create focal points to offset lack of exterior light.
