Developers FoxRock Properties of Quincy often “turn around” or reposition assets in the commercial office market. For this project, two office building abutting the South Shore Plaza in Braintree are being upgraded and re-leased. Helicon is providing core and shell and amenities design for the project, which include a new main lobby with cafe, fitness and conference services.
