Helicon Design is providing core and shell alterations for this adaptive re-use project by FoxRock Properties — the former Rhode Island headquarters of Cross Pen. Amenities include a new main lobby, fitness, cafe and game areas. Lines of light were used to recall the legacy of Cross pens.
