This high-bay single-use proposed tenant building is designed with premanufactured technology and for a design-build construction management sequence. Clerestory glazing allows natural light into the production floor. Helicon Design has provided preliminary design of structural bay layout, cladding and glazing systems in coordination with the premanufacturing subcontractor.
